Theresa began her career in Syracuse, NY after graduating magna cum laude from Le Moyne College. She later joined Taylor Hodson in 2010, quickly establishing herself as a leading recruiter in the New York market. Her early success equipped her with a deep understanding of organizational priorities and the ability to design hiring strategies that support both immediate needs and long-term growth.
Outside of work, Theresa enjoys running, fashion, and spending quality time with her husband and three children. She brings the same energy, creativity, and passion to her personal life as she does to her work—always finding inspiration in the world around her.
