Taylor Hodson
Inc. specializes in the recruitment and placement of permanent
assistants on all levels, as well as giving Recent College Grads
their start in business. We staff positions in a variety of
excellent companies, from boutique to Fortune 500, creative
startups to corporate firms, working with high-level executives.
Applicants will find opportunities to make real contributions
to cutting-edge projects in many exciting industries. We work
on a contingency basis with client companies - our applicants
never pay a fee - and we are still serving clients who started
with us in 1987.
Taylor Hodson Inc. boasts an extremely high retention rate for
its internal staff. Our three senior Consultants have been with
us between 7 and 14 years each. There are six Consultants, each

They work with a select number of candidates at a time to ensure
that each receives the proper amount of attention. Our team

Taylor Hodson Inc. is exclusive. Because we work with top-tiered
firms, we look for superior candidates with excellent communication
skills and consistent work histories. We also look for people
who demonstrate reliability and flexibility, and who have a
positive attitude toward their work. Computer proficiency is
not always necessary, nor are many years of experience. In return,
our Consultants offer extensive knowledge of their specialty
industries from years of experience helping candidates identify
and land the jobs they want!
JOB SEARCH PROCESS
Every day, we hear from at least one applicant, "The second
I walked in here I knew this place was different from all the
agencies I had ever been to. Everyone is so friendly - I was
treated like a person!" At Taylor Hodson Inc., we get to
know each candidate very closely through an extensive interview
process. Résumés are our first impression and
should be as well put-together as any project you might do on
the job. A telephone interview allows us to determine your communication
skills and establish mutual interest. In-office interviews are
by appointment only and allow us to become familiar with the
criteria of your search and career interests. Skills testing
and a full review of your employment history help us determine
the types of positions for which you are best suited.
Candidates work directly with one Consultant who assists with
résumé revisions and gives complete interview
preparation. Our Consultants have heard all the tricky interview
questions over the years and can help candidates express their
most 'hirable' selves! Taylor Hodson Consultants will provide
detailed job descriptions and benefits information and will
be in constant communication throughout the process of interviewing
and negotiating offers.
