Finance experience preferred but not required; strong MSW/Excel/Outlook a must, PwrPt a plus. Must be a quick, bright, confident, independent problem-solver, able to work independently. Must be very comfortable with personal work. Able to communicate effectivley. Able to commit to length of assignment.

Clerical Staff needed for temporary and/or temp-to-perm positions! Must be punctual, reliable and professional. Some office experience and familiar with FedEx and/or UPS systems required.

Compensation range: $10-$12/hr

Location:
Job duties include: 1. Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate staff 2. Provide basic information to callers 3. Greet visitors courteously and contact appropriate staff member 4. Care for guests needs while waiting, i.e. hang coats, briefcase, refreshments 5. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times 6. Schedule, set-up, and breakdown all conference meetings including coordination with catering company/staff 7. Coordinate incoming and outbound express mail packages 8. Open and sort mail daily 9. Coordinate Car Service 10. Send faxes as needed 11. Additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a professional telephone manner and appearance. Additionally candidate must be detail-oriented and have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a corporate environment. Please note that these opportunities are temp. and/or temp. – perm.

Compensation range: $10-$13/hr
