SCREENING PROCESS
Recruiters at Taylor Hodson look
for clear, concise résumés that reflect transferable
office experience. A telephone interview allows us to determine
mutual interest. Next, we schedule a face-to-face interview
to familiarize ourselves with each candidate's skill set, previous
office experience and personal qualities. Each candidate can
be tested for proficiency in the following: MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access, typing speed, grammar, spelling, math, vocabulary
and speedwriting. After assessing skills and experience we determine
the types of positions for which he or she is best suited.
We make it our business to really know our clients through on-site
visits and by asking detailed questions when taking a job order.

Our Temporary Division was created
in response to persistent requests from our Permanent Clients
for short and long-term staffing. Taylor Hodson Staffing,
Inc. expanded from a one-person operation to a staff of seven.
Our internal structure is unique; we work as a team. Our aim
is to provide efficient, consistent and customized service
to our clients, and we are often told that our employees stand
out from the rest. The Temporary division works with a broad
range of clients in many interesting industries.

Taylor Hodson's Fashion Division is focused on matching Designers, Technical Designers, Merchandisers, Sales and Sourcing Executives, Patternmakers, Sketchers and other fashion professionals with a variety of top fashion companies. We look for talented, reliable candidates with a positive attitude towards their work for both short-term projects and permanent positions.
